Singer Trey Songz has been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in connection with an alleged incident at a party during NBA All Star weekend.
The 33-year-old musician, whose legal name is Tremaine Neverson, turned himself in to the LAPD around 6:30 a.m. this morning. He was released on $50,000 bail around 8 a.m., according to sheriff’s jail records.
The arrest comes from an alleged incident at a party in Hollywood on Feb. 18, during which Songz allegedly hit a woman named Andrea Buera.
Trey has denied the assault allegations. He didn’t deny breaking and then throwing her phone though.
In a tweet posted Monday morning, Songz tweeted, in part, “I am being lied on and falsely accused for someone’s personal gain.”
I won’t be speaking too much more on this but would like to thank you for all the prayers and support. 🙏🏾❤️💪🏾

Andrea Buera, spoke out during a press conference last week at the Bloom Firm, claiming that Songz repeatedly punched and choked her in front of several people, and no one stopped him.
According to Lisa Bloom, Buera’s attorney, she has obtained a restraining order against the singer. Lisa Bloom also want these high priced lawyers to stop representing these celebrities so they can get off the hook with abuse. She also brought up Trey Songz recent abuse history.
